Float times may vary depending on factors such as temperature, direct sunlight, indoor or outdoor use, size, and material. Foil balloons generally float longer than latex balloons. To maximize float time, all our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float.
Delivery fees are not included. We offer delivery to selected areas, including Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Brantford, and Caledonia. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event, we offer a full refund to the original payment method, minus a 5% transaction fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a credit that can be applied toward a future order. Please note that all custom print orders are non-refundable once they have been sent to print.
